That’s right, just like the title says, the Reincarnated as a Familiar audiobook releases in just a few weeks on October 20th. The series is being published by Podium Audio starting with a publisher’s pack containing both volumes 1 and 2 exclusively on Audible. I’ve been super excited, waiting to announce this to everyone. I wasn’t expecting to be able to release Reincarnated as a Familiar in an audiobook format. It’s expensive to hire a good narrator and I simply didn’t have the resources to do it myself. Now, thanks to Podium Audio, I get to hear my own story read by Jennifer O’Donnell along with the rest of you!
As some of you may know, I read my story out loud to myself as part of my editing process. I do this to make sure that the text flows nicely and is easy to read. Still, I often find myself changing my tone and manner of speech to match the scene in my head. It brings a smile to my face each time I catch myself doing it. Now, I finally get the chance to hear how a professional views and reads those same scenes. It’s super exciting!
